Working to an agreed schedule, we’ll be there when you need us to cover:

  • STATUTORY MAINTENANCE to comply with all legal regulations including gas safety checks, fixed wire and PAT testing, asbestos management and water system checks. Our engineers will make sure you can tick all the boxes.
  • MANDATORY MAINTENANCE to meet industry recommendations and follow best practice advice including Approved Codes of Practice, British Standards and ISO Standards. Although not a statutory requirement, this provides cover in the case of criminal or civil action for damages caused by faulty equipment. Regular checks for complete peace of mind.
  • MONTHLY SITE CHECKS to identify anything that needs attention, from broken toilet flushes to blown fuses. Where possible, we’ll fix these on the spot, preventing regular call-out fees for small jobs. And if we find a bigger problem? We’ll give you a competitive quote and get the job scheduled asap.

Service and Testing

Periodic electrical inspections are crucial to detect any faults that could lead to electrical failures or even fires.

Over 15,000 business premises were affected by fires in 2016/17 with electrical issues accounting for almost a quarter (source: Home Office). It’s not worth taking any chances.

Ensuring your inspections are up to date and carrying out suggested remedial works will significantly reduce this risk, along with boosting your system’s efficiency.

We can also install a complete fire alarm system at your business premises for additional peace of mind.

Our thermographic testing service offers further protection by identifying heat spots within connections and components that could cause problems.

Brooktech offers three levels of PPM support: Lite, Mid and Pro. Each one includes exceptional workmanship and dependable customer service.

[i] Site survey refers only to a site visit for the means of gathering the relevant information to provide a quotation on the scope of works as previously defined by the client. This does not include a call out to investigate a reason why an appliance is inoperative or failing.

[ii] For the duration of the contact, all rates will be fixed as per the rates in operation at the start date of the contact. This will apply to planned preventative maintenance as stated within the package and reactive maintenance.

[iii] Call out charge is a minimum of 2 hours labour only at a maximum of £100+VAT. Where an engineer can fix within the 2 hours and parts are used, customer will be billed for parts only.

[iv] Web Portal – Customers can log into their portal which shows them all quotes, jobs and invoices per site

[v] Labour will include all man hours worked within all services provided by Brooktech.
